back at the magnolia cafe & international beer festival: a weekend with flatbed honeymoon

the magnolia cafe in st. francisville loves flatbed honeymoon, and we return that sentiment back ten fold. they even signed us up for two more gigs in the coming months.

nice folks, nice food, cute girls.

and everyone but me tried out the sleeping quarters this time and they were incredible. jordan and rebecca and schmitty and lindsey split the big ole house with the front porch and the fancy, bubbly bathtub. jimmy came outside of the place when i first got there and informed me that ‘this place comes with its own vinyl.’ and he was right. big stack of old blues and country records just sitting there, ready to be played.

i woulda loved to have stayed but i was in the midst of a few days in a row out on the town and needed a respite before the beer fest on saturday.

i’m still unrecovered.
